After searching and demo-ing several different systems, the reasons we finally chose Maestro were:
- The technology seems to cover all the bases. We needed to have a system that integrated all of the data. In the past, we used a system that did not include sales and catering, so we manually compiled reports, data - which was very time consuming and ineffective.
- The technology has to been developed by seasoned hospitality people, not just seasoned technology people - this makes for a great guest service experience - for the employee and the guest!
- Affordability for a small property. We liked Fidelio for its cutting edge technology, but it just was not an option due to budget reasons. Maestro gave us similar "bells and whistles" for a small property price.
We're looking forward to using Maestro at The Clarke Hotel when we open in the fall!
